{March 1, 2010}   daily checklist
  1. Drink at least 3 waterbottles.
  2. Take cinnamon capsules when you feel like bingeing; it boosts your blood sugar and stops the cravings that start binges.
  3. Take adderall at least once a day.
  4. Have some type of fiber; Benefiber/Metamusil, raisin bran, etc.
