Beneath the cut is my March 2010 calorie diary & exercise log….

Just take it 10 pounds at a time…
Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!

  1. March 1: 1 and a half Carnation drinks; some granola; 1 large banana; one large bowl raisin bran with plain yogurt, 1 fruit sorbet cup.
  2. March 2: 1 Carnation drink with organic milk; 1 Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch Clif bar;2 plastic cups of froot loops; 2 egg omlette with half can tuna, 2 cups frozen fruit.
    1. stationary bike: burned 250 calories, did 23 laps in 42:30
    2. elliptical: burned 400 calories on intensity 10 in 30 minutes
  3. March 3: 1 Carnation drink with organic milk; 1 Chocolate Chip Clif bar; 2 small snickerdoodle cookies; 1 handful frosted wheat cereal; 1 large bowl raisin bran with plain yogurt
    1. elliptical: burned 2, 454 calories on intensity 10 in 130 minutes/ 1 hour, 40 minutes
  4. March 4: 1 Carnation drink with organic milk; 1 Chocolate Chip Clif bar;

  • petal pink = date
  • mint green = food intake
  • pale purple = exercise
