  1. Drink at least 3 waterbottles.
  2. Take cinnamon capsules when you feel like bingeing; it boosts your blood sugar and stops the cravings that start binges.
  3. Take adderall at least once a day.
  4. Have some type of fiber; Benefiber/Metamusil, raisin bran, etc.

I make my protein shakes myself, soooo much cheaper. I just put some protein powder, ice, water and a little cinamon in a blender, et voila. They are disturbingly high cal for a drink, but they do fill you up.
